DirectGov has launched a new initiative for students. With exam results looming, the new government scheme, the ‘What’s next?’ programme, is the perfect tool to help students in the direction they want to go after education. This website is ideal for students who have left school or college or have even graduated from university.
The What’s next? website is supported by a TV and radio campaign, which launched on the 8 August featuring the voice of Mighty Boosh star, Julian Barratt.
The site will be very useful to students across the UK and it includes:
- Information for 14 to 19 year olds studying in the UK
- Information for students at sixth form, college or university.
- Details on graduate careers and postgraduate study
- Advice on how to claim Education Maintenance Allowance or benefits
You might feel like the world is ending tomorrow, but remember, there’s still the day after! You could always ask What’s next?
