According to an analysis of trends carried out over five years by jobs website myjobgroup.co.uk, Tuesday 12 January is officially the busiest day of the year for people searching for jobs!
Traditionally, the first Tuesday back after the new year is the busiest day for people seeking new jobs – usually as a result of fulfilling new year’s resolutions. However, this year, because of the bad weather delaying many people’s return to work, the big day for job seeking was also delayed.
