Engaging for Success – enhancing performance through employee engagement, the report to Government from the Macleod Review, has been launched. The report was welcomed by Lord Young, Employment Relations Minister, and is endorsed by the Government.
The report is all about how employers communicate with their staff and involve them in decision making, making them feel more part of the organisation. A number of local councils are showcased in the report, demonstrating that local government is a great place to work!
